WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
Travel In Grace will have a non refundable policy. Once you've paid you will receive a confirmation via email or text. All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Upon the 24 cancelation policy credits will be considered, towards your next travel conformation.
Late fees will also apply. Exceeding the allowable grace period of 10 mins. Each passenger will be charged $15 upon boarding the van.

Travel in grace will be happy to provide door to door drop offs within the 5 boroughs ONLY. When making your reservation be sure to leave a detail drop off location.
